Harper Engineering Co. has completed its sale to Loar Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LOAR), marking a new chapter in the company's growth. The leadership team will remain in place, and Harper will continue operating under its name while benefiting from Loar's resources and long-term aerospace investment strategy.
Harper Engineering Co. ("Harper" or the "Company"), a leading supplier of latching systems and fittings technology to commercial aviation manufacturers and airlines, announced on January 22nd the completion of the Company's sale to Loar Holdings Inc. (NYSE:LOAR) ("Loar").
